Gregory J. McRae Ph.D. - Managing Principal
He provides professional advisory, technical and investment services to global corporations. He is the Hoyt C. Hottel Professor of Chemical Engineering (Emeritus) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He received a M.S. and Ph.D. in engineering from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and a B.E. (Hons) from Monash University in Australia.
He is the author of numerous articles, books and presentations on energy and environmental issues, chemical process modeling, decision making in the presence of uncertainty. He has carried our the financial analysis and risk management of multimillion-dollar investment projects related to the reduction of CO2 emissions from; power plants and building heating systems. He is member of the management and advisory boards of several companies. He has founded four companies, that provide services to the chemical, microelectronics and information technology industries.
Steven Bandolik CPA - Managing Principal
Mr. Bandolik is a retired Managing Director, and a Senior Leader of Deloitte’s National and Global Financial Services practice. Steven has provided advisory services in capital markets (debt and equity), corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, dispositions, investments, restructuring and reorganization, workout, and asset recovery. Steven brings more than 30 years of successful hands-on investment, finance, development, and management experience, both as a leader and as a strategic advisor. He also has a proven track record advising companies in private equity, investment banking, equity capital fundraising, debt placement, and divestment.
Steven was with Transwestern, one of the largest privately held national full-service commercial real estate companies in the U.S. Acting as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of its investment company, and as a member of its board of directors, management, and investment committees. Steven also led Transwestern’s commercial services company as President and Chief Executive Officer and served as a member of the Board of Directors.
